SYNOPSIS

Fledgling producer John McKenzie seeks to give his first movie some Hollywood buzz by hiring a porn actress to star in it. After flying to Los Angeles to interview seven preselected women, McKenzie makes his decision and shocks himself by falling in love with the actress he calls ‘The One.’

While she gradually warms to his confident, but unrealistic notions about love and relationships, the mismatched couple find their budding romance hindered by well-meaning friends, bitter enemies, and jealous associates.

Romancing the Fox is an adult contemporary romance/drama/comedy that will pull at your heartstrings, tickle your funny bone, and make you believe in love, while giving you a peek at the carnal machinations of the adult movie industry.

AWESOME REVIEW

5.0 out of 5 stars Romancing the Fox (The Fox Saga) by John Tucker, April 26, 2014
This review is from: Romancing the Fox (The Fox Saga) (Kindle Edition)
This book brought me back several years to when I was younger and I remember hearing and seeing things going on in Hollywood and the movie studios. Though it is fiction it seems pretty right on about what was going on behind the scenes! The way the author writes this story makes you feel that he was actually there at the time, viewing or living it himself.
The story is about a man who finally at the age of 39, has his big break to write a screenplay and see it turned into a movie, he has paid his dues, now it is time to see his hard work come to fruition. Unfortunately he also mixes business with pleasure and that is where the problems begin.
All of his characters are very flamboyant, wild and crazy and they made me laugh, especially since the lead actress was going to be a real life lady of the night!! Since this was the case he had many experiences with all of these crazy women, and there was a lot of fighting and backbiting between all of the girls as they all tried in their own ways to be the one he would pick. When he finally picks the girl for the part-that is when the problems really begin-he has the misfortune to fall in love!
I do not want to say anything else, you will have to read the book to see how it turns out and you will not be disappointed -I sure wasn’t. This book was very well written and the sense of humor the author has shines right off the pages of this great read!
I really enjoyed this book and I will be looking forward to reading Part Two! I rated this book with *****(5) stars!!
